Why don't more restaurants serve crawfish? I've only had them two or three times in my life, but my goodness were they good. A little creepy and time consuming, but really, isn't all good shellfish like that?This week's Cajun Cafe Menu stars two of the little crustaceans, set against two long, thin blackboards detailing Cajun specialties.
