It's getting chilly in southern Oregon (finally) and the mind is turning to warm, comforting food like soup, pasta and bread. I dusted off the old KitchenAid last night, and I think I'll bake a loaf of sourdough this weekend.I can't be alone in craving carbs when the weather turns cold, which is why I chose the Bakery Menu as this week's featured menu. The branding is so strong on this menu, that you know the second you walk into this place you'll be surrounded by the smells of fresh-baked bread, that they'll only serve real butter (no margarine) and their desserts will be phenomenal.

Too bad the bread I made last night was flat! I need to buy new yeast.
