Chef Karen sent me the link to a press release detailing how Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago has declared every Wednesday Champagne Day at the hotel. Genius! we thought. Why don't WE declare every Wednesday to be Champagne Day at MustHaveMenus world headquarters? While we are waiting for THAT particular request to be approved, Chef Karen put together a sample tasting menu that the Trump International Hotel should definitely think about using.
After we test it, of course. Now, if only someone would come and cook and serve this for us.
